Cancellation/Rescheduling/Missed Appointment Policy:
I understand that sometimes, life throws a curve and you just can’t foresee the future. Cancellations due to weather warnings by Weather Canada and last minute emergencies will not be charged a Cancellation or Rescheduling Fee.
For all other cancellations and appointment rescheduling, 48 hours notice is required.
Please understand that the treatment room has been reserved for your specific therapy and for your specific health concern at this particular point in time. When you reserve your appointment, treatment preparations must be made by me, usually days in advance of your scheduled session. In many cases your treatment plan may need to be revised for a rescheduled day. The best thing you could do if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment? Just give me a “heads-up” at least 48 hours in advance!
